This LED ring Fits perfect on the Bottom or the Top of most frames, and is a size to ring around most motors.  There is holes for motor common motor mounts. 

There is an Atmel on board. It will come with a sample of all it can you. You can program these to run and color or pattern you wish .

These can also be run in WS2812 mode, and can be controllable via CleanFlight compatible flight controllers like the Flip32+ Flip32, ect...
